I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 107334) and can provide therapy services to anyone within the state of California. I have a Masters of Science in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller School of Psychology, a Masters of Science in Elementary Education and a Bachelors of Science in Secondary Education from Northwestern University. I have been working with individuals, children and families providing psychotherapy since 2015 with additional experience volunteering at an orphanage, teaching first grade, and being a mother.
I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy (currently in level 1 training) and I use this modality with individuals, children, and families. I additionally specialize in working with little ones and their caregivers and am trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Reflective Parenting Program (RPP). Additionally, I am a PCIT trainer of other therapists. Learn more about these modalities here.
I'm also the creator of Parenting and Playing online resources, where we help parents enjoy life with their children without relinquishing leadership, without power struggles, and without repeating ‘no’ with free Parenting and Playing online resources. I would love to help you transform your relationships with yourself and others! If I'm not the right fit, I'm happy to connect with with another member of the group practice I work with, North Star Families.
